Warranty & Pricing:
• All Vyse amps carry 1 year warranty
for labour & materials. The only exclusions are shipping charges and customer damage
• Custom orders are subject to 25%
non-refundable deposit
• Technical assistance is not included
in the pricing but may and often is provided at the vendor's discretion
• If equipment is left on our premises for over 6 months and we receive no payment or communication, we will make every attempt to contact the owner, but we reserve the right to dispose of the item.

Vyse Carriage Guarantee
Vyse take the greatest care and pride in building your amplifier and want to ensure that it reaches you in tip-top condition. The cost of carriage includes our guarantee. If there is any damage in-transit we will rectify the problem at no cost to you. The exact carriage cost for your amplifier will be given when you place the order.
Non-Vyse amplifiers are covered for repair or replacement of an equivalent Vyse Amp, at our discretion, up to a value of £500. For unique and valuable items the customer should ensure additional cover.
